Resident Council
The Resident Council, a standing subcommittee of the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC), is established to represent and protect the interests of the Residents. Representatives of the Council represent the voice of Residents in decisions made on the GMEC.
The Council advocates in the interest of Residents by facilitating discussions, addressing feedbacks, implementing improvements pertaining to the Residents’ working environment and welfare matters. Members of the Council plan and promote activities for the Residents and engage an open communication with the Residents through periodic updates of activities.
